Your Impact: As a Manufacturing Coordinator at our Welshpool, WA site, you’ll lead daily operations across our packaging lines to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality products. You’ll drive improvements across safety, quality, cost, and performance, while supporting your team through coaching, development, and structured problem-solving. This is a key frontline leadership role where your impact will be seen in both people and plant performance. This is a day shift role operating Monday-Friday. Key Responsibilities: Execute the daily production plan while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance to internal and external standards Identify and implement corrective actions, driving continuous improvement across line performance and product quality Monitor and control labour, material usage, and overhead costs to ensure financial targets are met Optimise plant productivity through effective staffing, planning, and asset reliability activities Lead, coach, and develop your team, embedding performance goals, development plans, and succession strategies Champion a strong safety culture and environmental responsibility, promoting best practice and ensuring compliance About You: You’re a people-first leader with a strong background in manufacturing or production across with a compliance driven, fast paced environment such as FMCG, Food, Beverage or Pharmaceutical, and you know how to balance hands-on operational needs with a drive for continuous improvement. You’ll also bring: A collaborative leadership style with experience coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams A strategic mindset and strong problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments Proven success in cost control, performance optimisation, and change implementation Confidence in managing compliance across safety, food quality, and regulatory frameworks Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with well-developed planning and communication skills Why Asahi Beverages?
