Responsibilities and Duties: Working alongside a Senior Property Manager and Property Officer to manage a portfolio of 300 residential properties Conducting routine property inspections and preparing inspection reports Coordinating and following up on repairs and maintenance requests with tradespeople and tenants Maintaining regular and professional communication with landlords regarding property updates, issues, and tenant matters Assisting with rent reviews, lease renewals, and implementing rental increases in line with market conditions and legislative requirements Supporting arrears management in collaboration with the wider property management team Updating and maintaining accurate records in property management software Assisting with tenant inquiries and providing high-quality customer service To thrive in this role, you will need: Previous Real Estate experience - Leasing Consultants considered!
