Must hold an AGSVA baseline security clearance Exciting opportunity to drive change for a Federal Government Department Hybrid working environment with 2-3 days in the Canberra office AU citizens or Baseline clearance only About the Role Our client, a large Federal Government Agency, is undertaking a significant transformation program and to support this change they would like to first to modernise and optimise their PMO function. They are on the lookout for an experience Business Analyst to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure workflows, frameworks and reports are more fluid in complex environments. It's an initial 6 to 12 months contract with potential extension, in a hybrid working environment (2-3 days in the Canberra office). Key Responsibilities Conduct discovery workshops with various stakeholders Facilitate communication between technical and non technical teams Analyse Project Management processes, frameworks and reporting tools Develop Current vs Future state workflows Assess Projects and Programs reporting needs to ensure decision makers have access to quality information, including risks and dependencies. Evaluate existing systems and assess hybrid options Provide input directly into operational change management initiatives and training. Required Skills and Experience Must be an Australian Citizen and be eligible for security clearance OR hold a baseline security clearance Proven experience working as a Senior Business Analyst in large and complex environments Previous experience working for Government agency highly regarded. Experience in contributing to organisational change management efforts Outstanding ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate artefacts/outputs. Proven ability to adapt and work under pressure in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and firm deadlines. Outstanding level of written and oral communications skills, with a confident, personable and professional manner. Why Apply?
