Based within a large, research-focused tertiary institution, the role supports financial operations across a diverse portfolio of projects. Key responsibilities include: Conducting reviews of both research and non-research projects in preparation for the annual financial statements process. Compiling and presenting financial data for ARC-related projects as requested by the Research Office. Supporting general financial queries related to ongoing projects. What You'll Need to Succeed To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: Proven experience with Finance One (essential). Solid accounting knowledge, ideally supported by full or associate membership with CA, CPA, or IPA. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A collaborative mindset and experience working in small teams. Willingness to travel to the Mawson Lakes campus as required.
