Nanny / House Manager | Mosman, NSW Start Date: 1 October 2025 Contract: Minimum 1 year (longer-term preferred) A warm and busy family of five in Mosman are looking for a reliable, energetic, and organised nanny/house manager to support their three boys (twin 6-year-olds and a 3-year-old). This is a great role for a nanny who enjoys the fun and energy of boys, can set kind but firm boundaries, and loves to bring humour and creativity into the day. The family would especially value someone who is neurodiversity-affirming and understanding of ADHD. The role combines household organisation in the early afternoon with hands-on care once the children return home from school and preschool. Days Hours- 2 days a week Flexible with either a Mon, Tues or Fri 12:00 pm 7:00 pm Responsibilities Typical Day Early afternoon: household organisation (change kids bed sheets, laundry, fold washing, tidy toys, prep food, organise uniforms, light tidying) After school: welcome the children home, supervise play, redirect as needed, encourage creative play and manners Assist with homework (basic readers/early assignments) Prepare and serve simple meals/snacks Support with bath and bedtime routines Occasional school/kindy pick-ups or drop-offs (walking distance; driving optional) Ideal Nanny We re looking for someone who is: Energetic, fun, with a great sense of humour Firm but kind, able to redirect children positively Patient, caring, and neurodiversity-affirming Organised and proactive with household tasks Confident supporting three busy boys with warmth and structure Requirements 5 years of experience as a nanny/family assistant Current First Aid Certificate Current Working with Children s Check Strong communication skills, fluent in English Non-smoking Confident swimmer (family has a pool) Full driver s licence (own car helpful but not essential; car seats provided if needed) From the Family We re a busy household, with Dad working long hours and Mum balancing a business and home life.
