Epson is seeking a motivated and energetic team player to join its Marketing Communications Department. This will be a full-time role reporting to our Corporate Marketing Manager and a dotted reporting line to our Environment and Sustainability Manager. Responsibilities of the Corporate Communication and Partnerships Specialist include but are not limited to: Assisting with managing corporate partnerships, including those aligned with environmental and social impact. Liaising with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials and assets. Assisting in planning, executing, and tracking integrated corporate marketing campaigns, including sustainability-focused campaigns. Help develop, create, and maintain corporate and sustainability-related marketing materials (e.g. brochures, presentations, videos, case studies, newsletter and impact report). Supporting the coordination of both internal and external events such as, trade shows, webinars, corporate events, and internal engagement activities. Assisting with event logistics, materials preparation, and on-site support when required. Assist with briefs to marcoms and digital teams to update for corporate websites, landing pages, and SharePoint content. Assist with corporate email, social media and thought leadership marketing and performance reporting. Liaise with print, design, and merchandise suppliers. Help manage quotes, POs, invoices, and corporate marketing and sustainability communications budget tracking. Support sustainability reporting promotion and content distribution across channels. To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, with a solid understanding of marketing principles and brand consistency. Proven ability to develop and manage marketing collateral, including sustainability or corporate-focused materials. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communication or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Experience with project and team collaboration platforms (e.g., Asana). Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Understanding of Sustainability or ESG communication is desirable but not essential. Experience in assisting with the planning and delivery of events such as, webinars, trade shows, or internal engagement activities. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, website content updates, social media scheduling, and basic performance reporting. Ability to coordinate across internal teams, external agencies, and vendors, including managing briefs, assets, and timelines.
