CRM and Digital Growth Manager – Part Time A role for a data-driven digital marketing professional to lead CRM development and drive supporter growth through insight-led digital strategy, paid media, and supporter engagement for a growing childhood cancer charity. North Sydney with hybrid work opportunities. Part time role - 18 to 21 hours a week. Impact of the organisation: Neuroblastoma Australia is a dedicated children's cancer charity committed to improving outcomes for children diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive cancer predominantly affecting toddlers. With survival rates for high-risk cases around 50%, and treatments often leading to long-term side effects, the organisation's mission is to fund world-class research aimed at developing more effective and less toxic therapies. Their goal is 100% survival, ensuring every child has the opportunity to grow up healthy and free from the burdens of this disease. Through raising awareness, supporting affected families, and investing in leading research projects, Neuroblastoma Australia strives to find a cure and provide hope for families impacted by this devastating illness. Impact you will have: Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Fundraising and Marketing teams, you’ll lead the delivery of the organisation's digital growth strategy. This includes implementing CRM, driving email performance, leading paid media activity, and overseeing SEO and website optimisation. You’ll be hands-on in analysing data, improving supporter journeys, and ensuring the organisation's marketing activities are insight-led, efficient, and impactful. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage Salesforce CRM to enhance data accuracy, segmentation, and campaign performance. Drive supporter acquisition and retention via assessing email Marketing performance, using effective KPIs and testing and optimising campaigns, and refining audience engagement strategies with the email marketing manager Analyse ROI on paid media activity across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn (including management of the Google Ads Grant) and provide strategic direction Monitor and optimise SEO performance, ensuring best practice across content and website management. Support the growth of social media channels, increasing engagement and brand awareness. Report on campaign outcomes and digital performance, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO and team. Explore new technologies, such as AI and automation tools, to improve digital user experience and efficiency. Skills and Experience: You’re an experienced digital marketer who enjoys the challenge of technology and excels in analysing data to identify opportunities for growth and can effectively deliver solutions. You can confidently manage a broad range of digital channels, tools, and technologies. You’ll bring: Previous experience developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing plans. Proven ability to implement and manage CRM systems (Salesforce CRM required) Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, tagging, and data-driven reporting. Expertise in paid media platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Familiarity with CMS platforms (Wordpress) and ecommerce useful (Shopify). Familiarity with implementation of new technologies and ability to understand data systems (experience of Zapier and APIs useful) Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
