The Role Manage a clean and well-organised residential portfolio Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections (admin support provided) Coordinate maintenance requests and lease renewals The Person Ideally 1 years’ experience in Property Management or Leasing Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence required Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Confident using PropertyMe, Property Tree, or similar A proactive, professional and approachable team player The Perks Monday to Friday only – no weekend work Onsite parking Competitive salary car allowance phone/laptop provided!
