About the Role Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Development Manager to provide development planning and delivery support. Reporting to the Sr. Development Manager, you will be a part of a property development group that are looking to grow their team due to a rapid expansion in their pipeline of projects. You will be responsible for managing the Development Approval, Design Coordination, Feasibility Study, Purchasers/Client Management, Sales & Marketing involved in the residential, mix-use and industrial developments. The Key Duties This role is ideally suited to a property and/or building and construction professional with 2 or more years experience in residential developments/projects. ● Work with the Development Management Team on strategic construction and development proposals ● Engagement, coordination and management of consultants, constructions teams and external advisors ● Liaising with Local and State Government authorities and relevant statutory authorities ● Coordinate planning and design documentation, including Development Applications ● Monitor the performance of the development projects and their compliance with the development vision ● Manage the key components of the development, including feasibilities, project costs, construction estimates, quality control, risk management and project timetable ● Coordinate with financiers, sales agents, valuers and project QS/ Superintendents ● Liaise and coordinate with various real estate agents and property valuers ● Maintain compliant project record documentation ● Utilize software to create reports and feasibilities for various projects. This role is ideally suited to a candidate that is looking for a challenge and is ready to be accountable for their role in the business.
