About the Role Workfast is seeking hands-on Precast Production Workers to join our teams at precast concrete facilities in Waterloo Corner and Superway Yard . You'll be involved in producing tunnel segments and other precast components for a major infrastructure project. This is a practical, active role—perfect for people who enjoy operating machinery, handling materials, and seeing real results every day. What You'll Do Prepare moulds and pour concrete for precast components. Operate and monitor precast production machinery safely. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Assist with moving materials and general site duties. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work environment. Shifts & Hours 12 hour shifts Night roster: 7 days on / 3 days off. Day roster: 7 days on / 4 days off.
