We have opportunities for a skilled and driven Senior Supervisor to join our team working on projects across all of Melbourne. About the opportunity Reporting to the area manager, your key duties include, but are not limited to: Effective and efficient coordination of the internal and external human resources as well as plant and materials needed to deliver the projects in line with the project schedules. Working closely with the engineering team and area managers. Review forecasting, KPI’s and programming for each project within region and identify issues early to rectify/address as required. Ensure all workers adhere to all health, safety and environment policies and procedures. Work with internal support functions to ensure workforce activities such as recruitment, performance management and training needs are managed. Ensure all projects adopt a ‘right first time, every time’ approach to minimise rework, cost and delays. Participate in internal and external audits as required and ensure all close outs are actioned and completed for all sites within region. Liaise with subcontractors as needed to ensure completed works meet the required specifications. Complete monthly reporting on set requirements for sites within region. About You We are looking for the following skills and experience: Minimum of 5 years' Site Supervision experience in civil construction delivering multiple stages and/or complex projects. Extensive residential and industrial subdivision works experience. Extensive knowledge of health, safety and environment processes and systems. Effective leadership skills - able to lead, motivate and develop people. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Professional communication and stakeholder management skills. Focus on delivering high quality projects ‘right first time, every time’. A focus on working with productivity targets, including budget and quality. Exposure to MRPV projects is a plus Shortlisted candidates will need to complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
