Description We are seeking a qualified and motivated Plumbing Technician to join our Hard FM team at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. In this role, you’ll perform routine and preventative maintenance on plumbing and hydraulic systems within a large, complex facility, ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and service. This is a full-time opportunity, 0700 - 1530, Monday - Friday. What you’ll do: • Carry out maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of plumbing and hydraulic systems across hospital facilities. • Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, codes, and industry standards. • Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment at all times. • Prioritise and manage workloads effectively to meet maintenance deadlines and service demands. • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders to deliver efficient and professional service outcomes. What you’ll bring: • Current South Australian Plumbing Licence and White Card (Backflow, TMV, or Gasfitting licences highly regarded). • Experience in a maintenance or facilities environment. • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship. • Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe work practices and customer service excellence. • Effective communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude.
