About The Role This is a varied and rewarding role that supports both our participants and local community, combining core administration functions with opportunities to build referral relationships and contribute to the growth of our services. No two days are the same, but you can expect to: Use Skedulo to schedule and adjust sessions aligned with Therapy Plans or Habit Coach Action Plans Onboard new participants and set them up for success, including over-the-phone risk assessments and setting expectations Maintain accurate service agreements and participant records Provide exceptional customer service across all channels Support the local team and share responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly Conduct local outreach and build relationships with referral sources and community stakeholders Collaborate with our central marketing team to implement area-specific initiatives Identify and pursue local opportunities that align with area goals and referral targets Who We Are Looking For Has 2-3 years' experience in scheduling, rostering, or administration Builds great relationships and communicates with professionalism and empathy Works with precision and attention to detail Thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Is a team player who contributes to shared success Is open to feedback, growth, and new ways of working Has experience with Salesforce, Skedulo, NDIS processes, or participant onboarding Join the Change Makers At Everyday Independence, your expertise in administration and customer service isn't just valued; it's crucial in driving positive change for children with disabilities and their families.
