About the Role: Established in the 1990s, our client is one of the leading tarpaulin manufacturers, supplying products for agriculture, industrial, and commercial users across Australia. Due to increased demand, a newly created position is now available for a confident, energetic, self-motivated Key Account Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for managing and servicing the Western Australia region. This is a busy sales-focused role, where you will be visiting and building relationships with new and existing customers, managing customer enquiries and identifying and securing new business opportunities, predominantly across the Agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B sales experience, a solution-selling mindset and knowledge or background in the agriculture industry. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives. Develop and execute effective call plans to maximise field presence. Provide regular customer performance reporting and analysis to senior management. Ensure accurate & timely CRM management and reporting. Undertake regular multi-night/overnight travel within your assigned territory. Develop a thorough understanding of the key client needs and requirements Attend industry and trade events to promote solutions and build brand visibility.
