Impact you will have in this role As Regular Giving Manager, you’ll take the lead in growing one of Guide Dogs Victoria’s most important fundraising programs by building a loyal community of supporters who give consistently to change lives. You’ll shape and deliver strategies that attract, retain, and uplift Regular Givers across digital, telemarketing, mail, and other channels. From leading the iconic Puppy Pals program to crafting inspiring donor journeys and newsletters, you’ll combine creativity with data-driven thinking to deliver exceptional supporter engagement. This role combines strategy with hands-on delivery. You’ll oversee budgets, reporting, and agency relationships, ensuring every campaign delivers impact and exceptional supporter experiences. Working closely with the Individual Giving and Marketing teams, you’ll play a key role in driving sustainable income and helping people with low vision or blindness live life without limits. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the Regular Giving program to achieve income, retention, and growth targets. Drive acquisition, retention, upgrade, and reactivation campaigns across digital, telemarketing, mail, and SMS. Manage the Puppy Pals program and ensure engaging supporter journeys. Collaborate with the Individual Giving and Marketing teams to deliver integrated, donor-centric campaigns. Own program budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting to drive continuous improvement. Manage agency and supplier relationships, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and strong results. Oversee donor stewardship and retention activities, including newsletters and reactivation programs. Analyse campaign data to generate insights and optimise donor engagement and ROI. Ensure compliance with fundraising and privacy regulations, maintaining accurate records and reporting. Skills and Experience You’re a data-driven fundraiser with a track record in Regular Giving. You understand what drives donor loyalty and have the analytical mindset to back your decisions with insight. You’ll bring: Previous experience in fundraising across Regular Giving, Individual Giving or similar. Proven success in achieving income growth and managing budgets, KPIs, and program performance. Strong understanding of Regular Giving acquisition, retention, and upgrade strategies. Skilled in managing digital, mail, and telemarketing agency relationships. Data-driven with strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Organised, strategic, and results-focused with exceptional attention to detail. Collaborative and values-driven, with integrity and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Passionate about creating impact in a purpose-led environment. Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded).
