Job Description Assist with general guest enquiries Assist with guest luggage(arrival, departure and storage) Assist with guest transportation requests Conduct room status checks Cover the concierge desk when required Deliver messages and packages Maintain general security observation and reporting Maintain the hotel lobby level public area, business centre and concierge storage rooms in a clean, presentable and well maintained condition Make collections and deliveries externally (such as to and from the post office and Accor Head Office) Perform the Sofitel candle and polishing rituals as required Perform the commissionaire role as required Provide luggage security, including the tagging and storing of guest luggage Remember and use guest names, especially expected VIPs and regular guests Support the concierge and commissionaire staff as required
