As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the smooth, efficient operation of the restaurant, working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. What You'll Do Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures and staff scheduling Assist in the supervision, training, and development of team members to ensure exceptional service and product knowledge, including menu items, allergens, and promotions Oversee inventory control, stock management, and supplier orders to maintain cost-effective operations Provide hands-on support during service, ensuring smooth floor operations and quick response to guest needs Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care Assist in financial tasks such as billing accuracy, reporting, budgeting, and register balancing
