The Opportunity We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate and qualified Coeducators to join our Early Learning Centre at Kingswood College in a part-time capacity for 2026. This is a valuable opportunity for early childhood professionals who are passionate about supporting young learners. As an ELC Coeducator you will work in partnership with teachers and the wider ELC team to deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences. You will contribute to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of every child. We have two opportunities available: FTE 0.52 – Wed 8.40am – 4.50pm, Thurs 11am- 5.40pm & Fri 11am – 5.40pm FTE 0.59 – Mon-Thurs 11.30am – 5.40pm Key Responsibilities Assist in delivering and documenting the early childhood educational program Support the preparation and organisation of engaging learning environments and materials Assist students on an individual or group basis in specific learning areas Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of programs, and evaluation of individual student engagement and achievement Supervise and care for children in accordance with child safety and College policies Build warm, professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues Uphold regulatory and College compliance standards, including the National Quality Framework Actively participate in professional learning and development Successful applicants will: Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Possess current First Aid qualifications including CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis management Hold a valid Working With Children Check Demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing Be enthusiastic, team-oriented and flexible in responding to day-to-day needs Communicate effectively and show initiative in a collaborative learning environment Our Benefits 6 weeks of annual leave (pro rata), salary aligned with our Enterprise Agreement A supportive ELC team culture where contribution is valued Opportunities for professional growth and development Access to the College’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Active social club and connection to a broader College community Please include which role or roles you prefer in your cover letter.
