Our Role We are seeking an inspiring educator to join our team and make a meaningful impact on student learning in the field of Psychology, commencing in Term 1, 2026. This is a part-time position (0.6 FTE) with the potential to increase to fulltime, depending on your areas of teaching expertise. Responsibilities include: Deliver outstanding teaching that supports strong student learning outcomes across a variety of ability levels Plan and execute learning programs that challenge all students, and effectively use technology to enhance learning Possess a thorough understanding of contemporary learning approaches and demonstrate the ability to critically reflect on and improve teaching practices Build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents, fostering an environment conducive to learning and enthusiasm Engage with passion in all areas of Kingswood College life Uphold the values and vision of Kingswood College, contributing positively to our community Successful applicants will: Hold Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration Be suitably qualified in your teaching method or methods Have the ability to teach Year 11 and 12 Psychology essential Hold English/Humanities teaching experience (desirable) Be passionate about working with children and developing their learning and social skills Have strong organisational and planning skills, with an ability to manage multiple demands and timelines.
