About The Role We are seeking an experienced Operator to join our Day Services Team at our Narngulu Operation on an 8-month fixed-term contract , with the potential to become permanent . Key responsibilities for this position include operating mobile and fixed plant equipment, preparation/management of reagents used in the processing plant and conducting site grounds maintenance activities whilst also addressing hazards safely and efficiently. You will also assist with the management of tailings areas, including dewatering of ponds and poly-welding duties as . This position is offered on a 5/2 roster, standard 40 hours per week. About You To be successful in this role you will have: A demonstrated proactive approach to safety and the environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision as well as part of a small team An ability to adapt to changes in work priorities to respond to production requirements Demonstrated commitment to further training and skills development Valid unrestricted driver’s license essential Front end-loader / Skid steer / Forklift licenses / HR licence (Desirable) Our Offer To You Family friendly roster – home every night!
