About the Opportunity As the Digital Health Lead for the Users and Providers Workstream within SDPR, you will leverage Health business knowledge to advise on, design, and implement solutions, while managing stakeholder engagement and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. This role is primarily focused on the implementation and operational management of the Users and Providers SDPR Service. In addition, the position contributes to the broader Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program through close collaboration with delivery partners. It presents a unique opportunity to lead the transformation of digital healthcare delivery to shape innovative solutions, drive state-wide system integration, and enhance patient outcomes through the successful implementation of the SDPR program. About You We are looking for someone who: Extensive experience and demonstrated achievement in successfully leading program implementation and/or digital health initiatives. A tertiary qualification in Health (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, Health Information Management, Health Administration) and/or extensive experience working in a Public Health Care setting. Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to guide implementation teams, manage operational challenges, and cultivate a high-performing, customer-focused culture. A strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions and support the successful delivery and improvement of digital health programs in collaboration with key stakeholders. Knowledge of Individual Health Care Identifiers, onboarding and offboarding practices of medical, other clinical and administrative staff would be an advantage. Need more information?
