As an Enrolled Nurse you will work under the direct and indirect supervision of the Registered Nurse and retain responsibility for your own actions and remain accountable to the Registered Nurse for all allocated functions. Selection Criteria Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with Medication endorsement. Demonstrated recent clinical experience as an Enrolled Nurse that applies to a surgical clinical setting Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and be able to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others. Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations. Current computer skills and ability to use health information systems. Demonstrated ability to advocate for and implement person-centred practice. Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to patient care. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload.
