About the Opportunity Apprenticeship Support Australia is seeking an individual with experience in scheduling and booking appointments. You will work to ensure that all client requests and administrative activities for the Apprenticeship Sign Up appointments are handled with a high degree of customer service and quality. This role will be a great fit for someone who has excellent attention to detail and the natural ability to build rapport with clients. Key Responsibilities include: Attending to inbound calls from clients and deal with general advice queries Book in sign-up meetings for apprenticeship, in line with the availability of our Industry Training Consultants Managing diary and changes to the appointments as required Complete accurate data entry and maintain databases Providing advice to ASA clients in relations to Apprenticeship Sign Up process Complete outbound calls to clients General administration duties as required To be successful in this role, you will also have: Previous experience working in a customer service role Attention to detail Excellent communication skills – oral and written Strong time management skills with the ability to work fast paced and time critical Ability to work to KPIs National Police Clearance About ASA Apprenticeship Support Australia (ASA) is a business unit of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA (CCIWA) and was formed in 1998 to deliver the Apprentice Connect Australia Provider services under a contract from the Commonwealth Government.
