Description Communicating with clients to schedule Pre-Employment Screenings efficiently and professionally Conducting assessments, including measuring weight, height, blood pressure, and completing background health questionnaires Performing physical assessments to evaluate an individual's ability to perform the essential tasks of specific roles Administering Drug & Alcohol testing with accuracy and confidentiality Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated, valued, and motivated Profile Strong attention to detail, data collection, meeting deadlines. A valid driver's license An allied health background either studying or registered as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Nurse (desirable) You have proven experience in conducting Pre-Employment Assessments, demonstrating your ability to evaluate candidates effectively and efficiently (desirable) Your strong communication skills and professional approach helps create a welcoming and comfortable environment for both clients and staff, ensuring positive interactions and a high standard of service You possess a collaborative mindset and thrive working within a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to a supportive and productive workplace environment.
