Transdev John Holland Buses has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Content & Engagement Advisor. Reporting to the Customer Experience, Stakeholder & Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role to help drive engagement, build content and undertake strategic event management to provide proactive opportunities. You will lead the organisation online presence by curating compelling multimedia content and fostering meaningful connections. About the role: Develop creative content direction and event planning for the organisation. Plan and develop engaging social media content to drive engagement across multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, our website and other opportunities. Proactively engage with our workforce by developing valuable content and monitoring engagement on our internal content. Collaborate with all business units on a range of projects to ensure consistent branding messaging and visual identity across all communication channels. Monitor and analyse online activities to optimise campaign performance and ensure continuous improvement and innovation in our social media strategy. About you: 5 years of experience in a similar role. Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields will be highly regarded. Creative eye and attention to detail while creating compelling content creation, immersive event experiences, and innovative audience engagement strategies. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suites, or Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro. Proven ability to create engaging copy and relevant content for our audience in line with our brand identity. Proven understanding of online performance reporting using relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in small teams Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proactive mindset towards industry shifts and evolving digital landscapes. Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain high standard levels and meet deadlines.
