These roles are seen as first point of contact for the People Partner teams for the provision of tier 1, operational HR advice. About You You are a dedicated HR professional with a passion for helping people and you have excellent attention to detail. You have proven experience working with workflow management systems to triage, analyse and prioritise logged HR enquiries (eg CS Connect) and highly proficient in the use of cloud-based contact centre platforms (e.g., Genesys Cloud CX) to manage and streamline all inbound HR enquiries via phone, delivering clear, empathetic, and solution-focused support to employees and managers. You thrive on providing a responsive and customer-focused service within critical and tight timeframes in a dynamic and changing environment. Your strong communication skills and ability to gain the confidence of various stakeholders will ensure you are a valuable asset in managing diverse requests and high-volume demands. You are proactive in identifying opportunities to improve HR delivery and are skilled at developing, reviewing, and updating processes and standard operating procedures. Your comprehensive knowledge and expertise in interpreting and applying legislation, awards, policies, and procedures enables you to provide accurate, timely advice to managers and employees. With a keen understanding of operational issues related to employment conditions, employee entitlements, recruitment and establishment queries and you excel in delivering consistent and effective HR solutions. Using your ability to navigate HRIS systems, to provide clear and accurate advice, ensures that information requests are met promptly, and issues are resolved efficiently.
