The Role This role is responsible for driving client retention and revenue growth within InfoTrack’s existing client base. The role achieves this by proactively training clients to maximise adoption, monitoring client usage to identify gaps or opportunities, and positioning additional InfoTrack solutions that add value. A strong focus is placed on preventing churn, deepening client relationships, and consistently uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities. About you You are a proactive and client-focused professional with a passion for building strong, long-lasting relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organised, and can manage multiple priorities with ease. With excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you confidently guide clients to maximise the value of solutions while identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. You have a strong sales disposition, a drive to achieve results, and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty at every stage of the relationship. Key Roles and Responsibilities Train clients on the benefits of using InfoTrack in addition to selling all InfoTrack services through proactive phone calling, emailing, webinars. Efficiently manage time and resources, and quickly assimilate and apply new job-related knowledge. Build and sustain productive client and customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and alignment of services with client needs. Demonstrate strong sales disposition, maintain high activity levels (e.g., 30 calls daily), and achieve sales objectives. Convey information clearly and persuasively to drive decisions and actions. Proactively marshal internal and external resources to achieve sales and organizational goals, negotiating and coordinating as needed Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Enthusiastic multi-tasker, thrives in fast-paced environments. Excellent phone manner, communication, and presentation skills. Problem-solving mindset with training experience. Proven sales performance and strong team player. Self-driven, autonomous, detail-oriented, and process-driven. Ability to build strong relationships and quick rapport with partners. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. Knowledge of legal and conveyancing processes is advantageous. Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role preferred.
