Shape technology direction: Define architectural principles and a 12–24 month platform roadmap that balances innovation, reliability, scalability, and risk. Champion quality & compliance: Set engineering standards, enforce secure-by-design policies, and ensure audit readiness, business continuity, and disaster recovery. Embrace AI-first engineering: Institutionalise AI-assisted practices, ensuring adoption is ethical, compliant, and productivity-driven. Be the face of Engineering: Represent the function in executive forums, customer conversations, and strategic vendor relationships. Maximise impact, minimise waste: Lead financial planning for engineering, ensuring resources are invested where they create the most value. What You Bring You’re an inspiring technology leader with a proven record of scaling engineering organisations in SaaS.
