Right now, we are seeking a Provider Specialist who will play their part in this shared purpose while also supporting the Provider, Markets and Commercial Group through provider and stakeholder management to ensure our clients have access to services that meet their needs. About the role This role is responsible for managing performance and relationships across a designated portfolio of key Stakeholders. It involves contract management and oversight, relationship management, and contribution to continuous improvement initiatives through internal/external collaboration and data-driven insights. The position also plays a key role in representing the organisation at forums and driving best practices in provider management, which directly impacts the quality of services for our TAC clients. About the Team This role is part of the Provider, Markets and Commercial Group which aims to influence the market to transform service delivery through strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, robust policy and value based commercial arrangements. You will be joining a passionate, high performing team who work together to enhance relationships with key stakeholders to improve services for TAC clients. You will be supported by a manager who is approachable and promotes a collaborative work environment. What we’re looking for: Strategic Influencer & Relationship Builder This role requires a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders, with a focus on building relationships, inclusive collaboration, and managing expectations. You’ll need strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in effective internal and external stakeholder liaison and the ability to prepare strategic, professional documentation and presentations with clarity and precision. Agility & Flexibility The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and remain flexible is crucial. You'll need to be responsive to evolving needs, balancing immediate demands with long-term objectives using strong time management skills. Efficiency in working autonomously and collaboratively is crucial when it comes to prioritising tasks that align with strategic goals. Provider Performance and Contract Management You'll be responsible for managing and enhancing provider performance, using systems thinking and data analysis to inform actions and drive continuous improvement. This includes accountability for key initiatives and projects and the ability to articulate priorities effectively. Strong contract management expertise and business acumen is vital to oversee the lifecycle of service agreements and vendor contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting, negotiating, reviewing and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards.
