Why This Role Matters As a Pre-Paid Funeral Specialist, you'll be the friendly face of a service that genuinely makes a difference. You'll connect with communities across NSW, guiding people through important life decisions with empathy and professionalism. This is a people-first sales role where relationships and trust come before transactions. What You'll Do Engage & Connect: Build relationships with local clubs, community groups, and organisations to promote pre-paid funeral options. Guide with Care: Support clients through sensitive conversations, helping them choose plans that reflect their wishes and values. Create Opportunities: Drive your own success through proactive lead generation, events, and referrals. Own Your Territory: Travel across NSW visiting various funeral locations, meeting clients, and managing your sales pipeline end-to-end. Be a Community Advocate: Represent our brand with integrity and care, ensuring every client feels valued and understood. What You'll Bring Proven experience in relationship-based or consultative sales (B2C preferred). Natural empathy and confidence discussing sensitive subjects. Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently, manage your time, and deliver on targets. Competence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
