THE ROLE As a Channel Sales Specialist, you will: Manage and maintain a portfolio of channel agencies Act as the key link between agencies, internal teams, and external partners Deliver regular training sessions, seminars, and performance reviews Prospect and source new business opportunities through networking and relationship building Provide insights and advice on best practices and new projects Support agencies with onboarding onto the company’s tech platform Oversee database management, events preparation, and ad hoc duties THE PERSON The successful candidate will have: Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate Minimum 2 years’ real estate or related experience Strong knowledge of metropolitan Sydney Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills IT literacy (highly regarded) A self-motivated, innovative, and goal-driven mindset Valid driver’s licence THE PERKS Monday–Friday role (no weekends) Opportunities for career growth and ongoing development Work with technology shaping the future of property sales Apply NOW or get in touch for a confidential chat.
