In this role, you will play a key part in providing administrative and customer service support to the HR team, ensuring smooth delivery of people-related services across Council. This role helps create a positive experience for employees and supports effective HR operations. Key responsibilities of the position include: Provide efficient and high-quality administrative and customer service support to the Human Resources team. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to Council policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination, system updates, and candidate communication. Prepare employee correspondence, exercise discretion and confidentiality, and contribute to HR initiatives and projects as required. Ability to use of contemporary digital technology, software, applications, and records. management tools.
