We’re Hiring: Case Manager – Homelessness Services Location: Mary Street Supported Accommodation, Caboolture Classification: SCHADS Crisis Level 2 Employment Type: Full-Time 8am – 4pm Why this role matters The Salvation Army (Salvos) is one of the largest providers of homelessness services across the country. We provide services and support to adults, and families with accompanying children in the form of accommodation, case management, assertive outreach, financial assistance, community connection and referral services. About the Role Are you passionate about supporting individuals experiencing homelessness to achieve stability and independence? Join our team as a Case Manager at Mary Street Supported Accommodation. You’ll provide vital support across residential and community settings, helping clients build pathways to long-term housing, improved social inclusion, and sustainable independence. How you will make an impact: Build trusting, respectful relationships that support self-determination and client engagement Deliver tailored case management support aligned with TSA’s case management models and practice standards Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, risks, and vulnerabilities Collaboratively develop and implement individual case plans with clear, achievable goals Provide ongoing monitoring and review of client progress, adjusting plans as needed Support clients in accessing relevant services, advocating on their behalf where necessary Help clients establish strong community connections and long-term support networks What You Will Bring Tertiary qualification in Community Services, Social Work , or a related field (degree preferred) Demonstrated experience in case management and client assessment within the social services sector First Aid Certificate preferred - successful candidate needs to be willing to work towards getting there first aid A strong understanding of issues related to homelessness and housing support Excellent communication, organisational, and advocacy skills Current Working with Children Check Valid Driver’s Licence What we offer: The Salvos offer eligible employee's a well-balanced package of meaningful benefits including: Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax free $2,650 meal entertainment benefit.
