Description Join Capital Region Community Services (CRCS) as our Senior Manager – Living Well Aged Care and Transport and lead a team making a real difference in the lives of older people, people living with disability, and those requiring short-term supports across a range of funding areas. About the Role The Senior Manager – Living Well plays a pivotal leadership role, overseeing the business and operational success of our Living Well services, which includes: Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) Community Assistance and Temporary Supports (CATS) Transport for individuals with chronic health conditions NDIS and Fee for Service delivery Community Bus You’ll lead a passionate and skilled team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care aligned with CRCS’s Living Well philosophy – grounded in wellness, reablement, and restorative care . Your focus will include service quality, workforce planning, safety, compliance, budget performance, and continuous improvement to ensure outstanding outcomes for our participants and teams. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership to Program Managers and Coordinators. Drive quality improvement, compliance, and audit readiness across services. Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and professional development. Manage budgets, monitor performance, and deliver on key operational KPIs. Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and community partners. Champion a culture of respect, safety, and continuous learning within your teams. Reporting to the Executive Manager Living Well Aged Care and Transport where you will provide expert advice, both technical and professional to the Executive, CEO and Board. About You You are a compassionate and dynamic leader who thrives in complex service environments. You bring: Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Aged Care, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). First Aid certification Proven experience in leading teams within aged care, disability, or community services. Strong financial and people management capability. Demonstrated expertise in quality, risk, and compliance management. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Experience in preparing and supporting teams to undergo external assessment against quality standards would be desirable.
