Our client, a global, family-run company with a bold portfolio of award-winning brands, is expanding across Australia—and we’re looking for a Sales Activator / Brand Ambassador to take the lead in Brisbane . In this field-based role, you’ll bring brands to life across on-trade accounts—from bars and restaurants to nightclubs and industry events. You'll be the face of a fast-growing portfolio, building relationships, running tastings, and driving commercial success in your market. What You’ll Do Grow presence in bars, restaurants, and nightlife venues through tastings and activations Meet with 20 accounts per week and host occasional evening/weekend events Build and manage wholesaler and distributor relationships Rotate through Brisbane sub-regions to ensure full market coverage Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of sales or activation experience in the alcohol or food industry Brisbane-based with strong knowledge of the on-trade scene Confident, hands-on, and self-motivated with strong relationship skills Full driving license Experience with distributors or importer networks a plus What’s On Offer Base salary: AUD $80,000–$90,000 Performance bonus: Up to 25% Travel expenses: AUD $2,000–$2,500/month Car allowance: AUD $800–$900/month Tech allowance: Up to AUD $1,000 for laptop A high-energy culture and access to international brand events
