The City of Sydney is seeking an experienced and motivated Precinct Manager to lead a growing recreation precinct, including an existing recreation centre, satellite synthetic sportsfield sites and the new Huntley Street Recreation Centre, opening in mid-2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape services across multiple sites, deliver inclusive recreation experiences and make a tangible difference to community wellbeing, participation and sustainability outcomes. As Precinct Manager youâll lead precinct operations to ensure all sites deliver safe, high-quality and inclusive recreation experiences, lead the transition, opening and activation of the new Huntley Street Recreation Centre, including managing user allocations through a competitive expression of interest process, support and develop your team, building a high-performing, customer focused culture. Youâll also drive service improvements that support the City's strategic goals, build and maintain strong relationships with staff, contractors and community stakeholders, and monitor precinct performance and ensure resources are used efficiently to meet operational objectives.
