Your Responsibilities Chopping, slicing, dicing, and portioning ingredients using your knife skills according to specifications. Ensuring food items meet presentation and portioning standards. Following food safety rules and maintaining a clean workspace. Working closely with butchers and retail team members to meet daily production targets. Assisting with stock management and minimising waste. The Must-Haves Previous experience in a kitchen or a food preparation role is preferred. Strong knife skills and the ability to cut and portion ingredients efficiently. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills. Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
