Your new company A leading National Managed Service Provider based in Melbourne's Inner South requires an IT Workshop Technician for a permanent opportunity commencing immediately. Your new role In this exciting new role, you will be: Running the technical workshop, including hardware set ups, warranty repairs and incoming deliveries. Diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairs faulty hardware for clients. Organising onsite deployment of hardware infrastructure. Managing the internal stock inventory. Imaging and configuring SOEs on hardware. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need: Prior experience configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware. Demonstrated knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365. A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Microsoft, Azure and Cisco certifications are beneficial. Proven experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
