About The Role Drive brand excellence across global marketsAs Brand Activity Manager at Openway Food Co, you’ll be the driving force behind bringing our snack innovations to life. Sitting within our dynamic Marketing team, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of branded projects across both domestic and export markets. Responsibilities & What you'll be doing: Lead Project Planning & Stage-and-Gate Management: Build, manage, and track project timelines that align with our stage-and-gate innovation process—ensuring each gate is met with the right inputs, approvals, and clarity around responsibilities, deliverables, and risks. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration & Facilitation: Be the central connector across each project—linking marketing, sales, R&D, supply chain, engineering, and operations—while facilitating clear, action-driven meetings and helping the brand team keep stakeholders aligned and obstacles out of the way. On-Time Delivery of Branded Activities: Oversee the full lifecycle of NPD, EPD, and value leadership projects—from concept through to launch and post-review—ensuring all teams deliver on requirements and timelines, while tracking KPIs and escalating risks when needed. Portfolio Management Review (PMR) & S&OP Alignment: Responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of NPD, EPD, and value leadership projects—from concept through to launch and post-review—while ensuring all teams deliver on requirements and timelines. Progress is tracked against KPIs, with risks escalated as needed. Continuous Improvement & Governance: Champions best practices through capturing lessons learned, streamlining processes to enhance project governance, and promoting consistent use of tools, templates, and workflows across teams. About YouWe are looking for a natural organiser with a knack for keeping complex projects on track and teams aligned. You know how to turn ideas into action. You will bring:Strong organisational, facilitation, and communication skills.The ability to juggle multiple projects.3–5 years of project management experience—ideally in FMCG or a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Familiarity with stage-and-gate processes, portfolio management, and S&OP frameworks.Experience implementing new tools or systems to improve how teams work.A collaborative mindset and the confidence to hold stakeholders accountable.A degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Hands-on experience with project management platforms and AI-driven tools to streamline workflows and boost decision-making.
