The Role The Property Analyst is responsible for providing valuable property performance analysis and financial insight for a portfolio of premium Retail assets to Centre, Fund, Development & Asset Management teams. You’ll influence strategic decision making, asset performance and commercial outcomes. Key Duties and Responsibilities include: Provide value driven and insightful analysis across capital expenditure, financial outputs, feasibility modelling and consideration of risks and opportunities. Develop value add reporting and modelling to produce insightful portfolio and fund level analytics, across a portfolio of Retail assets. Deliver annual budgets and monthly forecasts in relation to capital expenditure, ensuring they are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Provide value-add and commercially focussed ad-hoc analysis to key stakeholders within the Centre Management, Asset Management and Finance Undertake additional responsibilities or tasks as required within the Retail Portfolio (portfolio leasing reporting and ad-hoc analysis) The Successful Candidate To be successful in the role, you’ll have the following skills/experience: CA/CPA/CFA Knowledge of Asset/Property level drivers to apply insights. Strong analysis, modelling and numerical skills Ability to process, review, validate and analyse data. Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
