About the Role This senior leadership role is responsible for establishing and maintaining governance frameworks and reporting processes that ensure compliance, transparency, and operational excellence across The Star Entertainment Group. You will lead a team focused on regulatory reporting, governance oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is heavily involved in coordinating and report writing for Board and Management Committees for the Star Entertainment Group. A few of your responsibilities: - Develop and implement governance frameworks and reporting standards - Oversee regulatory reporting obligations and ensure timely, accurate submissions - Provide governance advice and support to senior leadership and operational teams - Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations - Identify opportunities to improve governance processes and reporting efficiency - Represent the organisation in governance forums and regulatory committees What we are looking for: - Undergraduate degree in commerce, law, business, finance, or a related field - Minimum 8 years’ experience in governance, compliance, or risk management within a large organisation - Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance principles - Proven leadership experience and ability to manage complex reporting requirements - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills About you: You are a strategic thinker with deep expertise in governance and reporting.
