If you love diversity, enjoy being part of a team, and have a knack for driving, this is the perfect job for you The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and transporting variable message signs (VMS) to various locations, ensuring timely setup and removal, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Operate and transport VMS units to designated locations. Set up, operate, and remove VMS in accordance with project specifications and safety guidelines. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment. Troubleshoot minor technical issues with VMS equipment as needed. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous experience towing trailers a plus. Familiarity with VMS equipment and setup procedures is a plus but not necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use a computer to update VMS. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. ensure a safe and productive work environment, all candidates will be required to undergo and pass regular drug testing as part of the hiring process and throughout their employment.
