About the Role: As a Client Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a seamless and professional experience while contributing to the firm’s growth. You’ll play a vital role in acquiring new clients and ensuring every enquires are handled with care and precision. Your day-to-day duties will include: Engaging New Clients: Responding to client enquiries via phone and live chat, providing a great first impression, and guiding them through the initial stages of their case.Managing Client Follow-ups: Actively monitoring follow-up queues, booking initial conferences, securing Client Service Agreements (CSA), and converting potential clients into active ones.Driving Client Acquisition: Supporting the team in meeting client acquisition goalsSupporting the Client Care Team: Handling appointment bookings, reschedules, reminder calls, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) activities when needed.
