QA Engineer We’re partnering with a leading digital retailer that’s scaling across APAC - and they’re looking for a QA Engineer / Lead to build and lead the Quality Assurance function across their digital and integration ecosystem. This is the first dedicated QA role in the region , giving you the opportunity to design the strategy, frameworks, and automation that ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance across all platforms-including Shopify Plus , OneStock OMS , Flow/Statelake integrations , Akeneo PIM , Algolia Search , Amplience CMS , and Eurostop / DolFin ERPs . You’ll own the QA vision across the region - defining how quality is embedded through the full stack, from APIs and middleware to customer-facing digital experiences. You’ll build the frameworks, tools, and culture that make testing a natural part of delivery - ensuring every release is fast, stable, and ready for scale. What You’ll Be Doing Define and implement the QA strategy, frameworks, and governance across all digital systems. Build automation into CI/CD pipelines using Cypress, Playwright, Postman/Newman, and JMeter . Lead functional, regression, performance, and load testing across digital, ERP, and integration layers. Design and execute test plans across Shopify Plus, OneStock, Akeneo, Flow/Statelake, Amplience, and more. Champion a “quality-first” mindset across engineering, product, and delivery. Establish dashboards and metrics to track coverage, defect leakage, and release readiness. Mentor developers and analysts in QA best practice and automation. About You Experience defining QA frameworks from the ground up across digital, ERP, and integration-heavy environments. Strong technical foundation — hands-on with API testing, automation, CI/CD, and cloud (AWS/Azure). Excellent communicator who can balance detail with pragmatism in a fast-paced, agile team. Comfortable working across multiple platforms and vendors to deliver seamless end-to-end quality. Proven background as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer within digital, retail, or eCommerce.
