We're now looking for a Product Manager – Experimentation to take the lead on our test and learn capability and drive measurable impact across our digital and contact centre journeys. You’ll run high-velocity A/B tests, validate strategic bets, and optimise our most critical funnel: landing page > form > quote. Here’s what you’ll own: Design and execute experiments across digital and phone-based experiences Partner with marketing, data, CX, and engineering to identify high-value test opportunities Run A/B tests with rigour from hypothesis to launch to insight Champion best-practice experimentation frameworks and statistical integrity Analyse results using tools like Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude or Tableau Translate learnings into real business outcomes: revenue uplift, conversion improvements, new product validation Work closely with our marketing experimentation lead to align tests across the customer journey Advocate for experimentation culture across teams from agents to execs Document and scale experimentation playbooks and tooling What you bring to the table: Solid experience in product experimentation, CRO, or growth product roles Deep familiarity with lead gen funnels (especially landing page > form > quote) Strong grasp of A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and testing methodology Hands-on analytics skills (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, Tableau, etc.) Commercial mindset.
