Tradesman Assistant / Truck Driver - Landscaping & Civil Construction Unanderra, Wollongong NSW Full-Time Role | Overtime Available | HR License Essential CRS Creative Recreation Solutions designs, builds, and installs playgrounds across NSW. We’re based in a brand-new facility in Wollongong and have been building exciting outdoor play spaces for over 20 years. We’re looking for a Skilled Labourer / Truck Driver to join our civil and landscaping team . This hands-on role involves preparing sites for new playgrounds and helping with landscaping and general construction work. You’ll also be driving our brand new HR tipper truck and working across a variety of sites – from local parks to larger commercial projects. Your Duties Will Include But Not Be Limited To – • Existing Playground demolitions and bulking out sites. • Base preparation for concrete paths, synthetic surfacing. • Operating HR 8x4 Tipper truck quon CG 32 420)to transport materials to site and remove waste or excess materials as required to tip sites • Final trim work for gardens and turf areas • Landscaping – mulching, turfing, planting, and assisting with Landscaping duties • Assisting with Auguring footings ready for equipment installations • Pride yourself in maintaining machinery and vehicles • Assisting with Landscaping duties • Work unsupervised and supervision of CRS employees to assist you with day to day duties • Operation of laser level, reading plans and setting out projects. (preferred but not essential) • Operation of plant equipment (preferred but not essential) What We’re Looking For Experience in landscaping or civil construction HR truck license and experience with good driving record White Card (construction induction) Strong work ethic and reliable attitude Able to work independently and follow directions Good communication and a team player Working With Children Check (or willing to get one) Experience with excavators or skid steers (a bonus) Why Join CRS?
