Your new role: As the Maintenance Services Work Scheduler, you will coordinate and optimise maintenance activities to ensure the safe, reliable operation of Metro South Health's facilities. You'll work closely with maintenance teams, contractors, and asset managers to deliver efficient, well-planned services. Schedule and coordinate preventative, corrective, and statutory maintenance activities. Allocate labour, materials, and contractor resources to ensure continuity of essential services. Monitor schedule compliance, performance, and safety outcomes across multiple sites. Support system accuracy and improvement within the Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP S4HANA). About you: About You You are an organised and proactive professional with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. You take pride in planning, coordination, and communication that keep critical systems performing at their best. Proven experience in maintenance scheduling or coordination within complex environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. Excellent communication and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders. Sound knowledge of maintenance management systems (SAP preferred) and WH&S principles.
