Your new role: Lead with purpose as the Multi-disciplinary Team Leader in our In-reach Rehabilitation Service. You'll provide strategic and operational leadership, guiding an interprofessional team to deliver exceptional rehabilitation care. You will: Oversee and coordinate a team of 14.5 FTE across medical, allied health, nursing, and admin disciplines. Deliver advanced, patient-centred rehabilitation services and lead clinical excellence across complex cases. Provide operational advice to divisional and medical directors, driving innovation and quality improvement. Manage workforce planning, performance, and service delivery for a $2.46M budget portfolio. About you: You're a strategic and compassionate leader with advanced clinical expertise in rehabilitation. You thrive in complex, multidisciplinary environments and bring a collaborative, forward-thinking approach to healthcare leadership. You: Hold a tertiary qualification and current registration in a relevant health discipline. Have demonstrable experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering evidence-based care. Have proven ability to implement service innovation, quality improvement, and research initiatives. Have strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a focus on patient-centred outcomes.
