As the Project Support Officer, you will:- Provide support to the Director and other team members, to ensure projects are run efficiently and in accordance with approved project management methodology (including Prince 2 and Agile).- Create and manage project artefacts using a range of digital tools to assist in the effective delivery of projects and to ensure integrity of project documentation.- Arrange project board meetings and document proceedings, to support project delivery.- Prepare and/or review project documentation in accordance with approved project management methodology, to ensure quality outcomes.- Liaise with project participants to coordinate project activities, to support the delivery of projects in a timely manner.- Undertake research and analysis on range of topics, to support government service delivery objectives.- Prepare and present information in a style suited to the intended audience, to support decision making.- Apply and provide feedback on project methodologies, to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery.- Undertake research and analysis on range of topics, to support government service delivery objectives.- Prepare and present information in a style suited to the intended audience, to support decision making.- Apply and provide feedback on project methodologies, to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery.- Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders, consultants and contractors, in order to coordinate project activities. This position is part of the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB) as part of the recent Machinery-of-Government changes. CDSB is currently in negotiations for a certified agreement to cover all CDSB employees. In the meantime, the Core Agreement conditions apply to this position.
