About your opportunity As Director Financial Accounting, you will lead strategic financial operations across Townsville HHS, including statutory reporting, treasury, taxation, and revenue services. This high-impact role supports executive decision-making and ensures compliance with financial governance frameworks. Requirements Bachelor of Business in Accounting, Commerce or equivalent. CPA/CA designation or equivalent. Postgraduate qualifications highly regarded (MBA, MPA). High-level experience in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance. Knowledge of public sector financial frameworks and accounting standards. Experience in revenue optimisation and financial systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA). A probationary period may apply.
